How accurate is the health monitoring?

The heart rate monitoring is typically within 3-4 beats per minute of actual readings and checks automatically throughout the day. Sleep tracking accurately records sleep duration and quality but doesn't track REM sleep cycles. Blood oxygen monitoring provides continuous SpO2 readings. The menstrual cycle tracking learns your patterns over time to improve prediction accuracy.
